Size exchange/product exchange

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged, you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or there is any other defect due to our negligence, we will immediately exchange the product (shipping costs will be borne by us). In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we will only exchange the product for the same item, and we do not accept returns or refunds.

Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.

If there is any defect, the product will be replaced with a new one of the same type.
